Job Description

EY is seeking a professional to join their Capital Markets team, focusing on solving strategic problems for clients in the financial services sector. The role involves managing client engagements, enhancing capital markets businesses, and developing new offerings while leveraging expertise in digital assets and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business with 5+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 2 recent years of experience in capital markets.
  • Proven experience in managing small, midsize and large businesses, functions or projects in the capital markets sector.
  • Knowledge of a range of financial products, including derivatives, equities, and fixed income.
  • Expertise in Digital Assets, including cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing digital assets, including AML/KYC requirements.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and developments in digital assets.
  • Experience in integrating digital asset solutions with existing capital markets infrastructure.
  • Ability to travel, including international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client engagements and work with high-performing teams to analyze and enhance clients’ capital markets businesses.
  • Interface with clients at all levels to help solve challenging questions.
  • Support the Capital Markets practice in developing new offerings and thought leadership.
  • Assist on all phases of client delivery in a variety of projects.
  • Provide expert advice on digital asset investment opportunities and risk assessment.
