Job Description

EY is seeking a Finance Management Manager in Technology Consulting to help clients transform business challenges into technology solutions. The role involves supporting project teams throughout the technology delivery life cycle and advising clients on improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in financial services.

Requirements

6+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of system implementation execution, design, or lean/six-sigma operational improvement projects
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience at a financial services company or comparable experience
Experience in Finance Strategy, Financial Accounting and Reporting operations/technology, Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting operations/technology, and more
Demonstrated ability to support all phases of the technology life cycle
Deep knowledge of technical architecture design and understanding of technology tools
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50-70%
Ability to manage a workstream and team of junior technology advisors
Ability to deliver high stakes deliverables under demanding timelines

Responsibilities

Support project teams through all phases of the technology delivery life cycle
Lend specific subject matter knowledge to the design and integration phase of each project
Advise clients on business process services to identify, assess, manage, and measure organizational capabilities
