As a Physical AI R&D Consultant at EY, you will lead strategic initiatives in Physical AI, providing expert guidance on integrating advanced technologies in robotics and AI applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and delivering impactful solutions across various industries.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
5-8 years of experience in Robotics, Digital Twin, Computer Vision, or related fields
Proven experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that drive business value and innovation
Strong knowledge of AI and robotics technologies
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
Experience in engaging with stakeholders at a strategic level
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
Familiarity with data management and analysis tools
Excellent leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Drive strategic planning and execution for Physical AI initiatives
Provide expert technical guidance on best practices for integrating software and hardware components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation
Lead client showcases and strategy sessions to demonstrate Physical AI capabilities
Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand business needs
Develop thought leadership content, including white papers and case studies
Mentor and coach team members
