Job Description

As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering at EY, you will lead the design and implementation of Oracle applications, focusing on user interface development and system architecture. You will manage project delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions while fostering team development and client relationships.

Requirements

A 4-year bachelor's degree is required, with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
4 - 6 years relevant experience working with SCM / ERP application implementations system as a Technical Lead, Application Development Lead or Enterprise Application Integration lead.
2-3 full cycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and 3-4 Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience.
2-3 years of hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
Proven track record in integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

Ensuring billability through chargeable work to external clients.
Leading workstream delivery with strategic oversight.
Managing project status and overseeing deliverable completion.
Actively participating in client sessions and leading workstreams from planning to execution.
Identifying additional service opportunities to drive sales.
Executing resource planning within budget constraints.
