Job Description

EY is seeking a professional with expertise in BlackRock Aladdin to design and implement investment management solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency while leading multiple high-impact projects in the financial services sector.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience
Degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field; MBA or MS degree preferred
Minimum of 1+ year of experience working at a financial services company or comparable experience
1-2+ years of hands-on Aladdin experience
Demonstrated experience leading and supporting Aladdin implementations
Strong communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
Willingness and ability to travel

Responsibilities

Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end
Lead BlackRock migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, regression testing
Define the Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap
Drive and oversee Aladdin platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points
Document BlackRock Client provided use-cases into a use-case catalogue
Assist BlackRock with creating/maintaining project key issue tracker
Assist BlackRock with Governance reports
Project Closure Report including BlackRock Client sign offs
Coach junior business analysts, providing mentorship and technical guidance
Lead cross-functional communication between front, middle and back-office teams
