EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant for their Software Strategy Group, focusing on providing investment and acquisition guidance in the software sector. The role involves leading workstreams, managing analytical activities, and mentoring junior team members while collaborating with experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Outstanding academic performance with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
Ability to assess industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
Proficient in English, with effective communication skills in a professional environment.
Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Lead workstreams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
Manage problem-solving and analytical activities, serving as the liaison between the engagement team, senior leaders, and clients.
Develop business strategies using financial analysis, customer research, forecasting, and portfolio optimization.
Analyze transaction rationale and prospective deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks.
Motivate and mentor junior team members.
