Job Description

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Associate Consultant for their AI Labs practice, where you will collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement innovative AI solutions that drive strategic growth. The role involves analyzing client issues, developing work plans, and managing junior team members while leveraging AI technology to provide real-world value.

Requirements

Outstanding academic performance with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 18 months of related work experience.
Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or a quantitative type of research function.
Ability to assess industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
Proficient in English, with effective communication skills in a professional environment.
Effective organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
Must reside in or be in a commutable distance to the office location.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues.
Develop work plans and conduct analyses to synthesize conclusions.
Manage and direct the analytical efforts of junior team members.
Perform secondary research using various sources.
Execute analyses such as customer segmentation and market sizing.
Design and execute in-depth interview guides with stakeholders.
