Job Description

EY-Parthenon is seeking consultants to identify and analyze strategic issues for clients, leveraging a combination of strategy, transactions, and corporate finance. The role involves working closely with clients to develop growth strategies, perform due diligence, and manage case team members, all while utilizing innovative AI-powered technology.

Requirements

Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or a quantitative type of research function.
Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment.
Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines.
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues.
Develop work plans, design and conduct analyses, and synthesize conclusions.
Manage other case team members.
Perform secondary research using a variety of sources.
Execute various analyses to support strategic recommendations.
Design and execute in-depth interview guides with key stakeholders.
Analyze business plans and pro-forma financial models.
