Job Description

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Associate/Consultant for their Software Strategy Group, where you will lead work streams and manage teams to deliver strategic advice to clients in the software economy. The role involves conducting research, analyzing data, and synthesizing insights to help clients make informed decisions.

Requirements

Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
A minimum of 18 months of experience working with technology and software companies in a leadership role.
Experience managing business strategy and commercial diligence projects in complex environments.
Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers.
Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
Effective organization and time management skills.
Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

Lead work streams translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
Manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities.
Serve as key liaison between consulting team members, Directors, Senior Directors, Partners, and clients.
Develop business strategies using various analytical tools.
Review transaction rationale and deal documents to identify critical business issues and risks.
Manage and mentor junior team members.
