Job Description

EY is seeking a Director in their Corporate Real Estate practice to work on strategic and operational issues related to corporate real estate and digital workplace solutions. The role involves leveraging technology and data strategies to improve workplace experiences and manage complex real estate challenges for clients.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, Real Estate, Technology or other business-related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
Experience in the technology digital workplace and/or smart buildings arena for CRE and capital projects.
Demonstrated experience supporting consulting practices for CRE/capital projects technology, digital workplace and/or smart building technology.
Strong business and technical orientation; ability to develop business cases to support investment decisions.
Experience with agile methodologies for systems implementation.
Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products.

Responsibilities

Help clients improve the workplace experience by creating more collaborative environments.
Identify, evaluate, and deploy digital workplace and smart building technology solutions.
Redesign CRE management operations using IoT-driven digital twin solutions.
Support engagement with current and prospective clients to diagnose their corporate real estate challenges.
Manage CRE/capital projects technology, digital workplace and smart building engagements.
Coach and guide practitioners on functional/technical issues.
Communicate EY's point of view on relevant CRE/capital projects technology topics and trends.
Analyze and draw insights from complex data sets.
