Job Description

eero is seeking a Hardware System Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead new initiatives that will enhance its product portfolio and drive growth in new markets. The EPM will collaborate with Contract Manufacturers on product development and ensure effective communication with eero leadership, requiring strong engineering and communication skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with CM partners to develop industry leading eero products.
  • Instill and evangelize a standard for hardware maturity.
  • Structure our long-range roadmap development.
  • Set the hardware schedule and define the critical path.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for overall hardware development.
  • Track program risks and drive closure on engineering issues.
