Job Description

Netflix is seeking a Data Science Manager for Games Product and Platform to lead a team of Data Scientists and Analytics Engineers. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing highly technical individual contributors
  • Deep understanding of data science, analytics engineering, and business analytics
  • Exceptional business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a collaborative approach
  • Ph.D. or advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Enable measurement, analytics, and experimentation strategy for games discovery features
  • Drive experimentation for games-specific features and collaborate on shared surface experiments
  • Own the information flow of critical backend platform data
  • Coach and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance and mentorship
