KLA is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on the development of advanced eBeam systems. This role involves guiding systems engineers, collaborating across various disciplines, and driving innovation in semiconductor technology.

Requirements

Deep expertise in electron optics or SEM technology
Strong foundations in physics, mathematics, and computational skills
7+ years of experience in systems engineering for complex semiconductor systems
3+ years of proven success in people management and team leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel globally up to 15%

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of systems design engineers
Drive cross-functional collaboration and lead design reviews
Spearhead next-generation product development
Oversee prototype testing, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
Support customer escalations with technical expertise
Champion onboarding and development for new systems engineers
