Arcadis is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to join their Design & Engineering team, focusing on sustainable solutions for various infrastructure projects. The role requires expertise in electrical or mechanical engineering and involves client interaction to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Requirements

10+ or more years’ relevant MEP experience within the Retail, Workplace or Education
Professional Engineer
Ability to communicate both internally and externally regarding client needs/desires and technical solutions
Comfort and confidence-bringing in client-facing discussions
Experience working with projects that utilize Fundamental knowledge of Autodesk Platforms and other digital design tools including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Building Information Modelling (BIM) engineered solutions

Responsibilities

Provide first-in-class solutions to internal and external clients through technical expertise in electrical or mechanical engineering and associated building systems
Develop engineering reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications
Engage in organizations and clients in the region to raise and take ownership of project opportunities
Manage relationships and mentor colleagues as the location-based team expands
Possess commercial strategy acumen in pursuits/fee creation and understanding/tracking of financial success in mechanical scopes
