Job Description

Morgan Stanley Investment Management is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to support institutional client relationships and capital raising efforts. The role involves preparing for meetings, engaging with clients, and conducting competitive analysis to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
0-2 years of relevant investment management experience
FINRA Series 7 and 63 required (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
Effective organizational skills and follow-through
Technical proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Office

Responsibilities

Support 2-3 salespeople in the Central and East regions in fostering client relationships and raising capital
Partner with salespeople and investment teams to identify prospects and prepare analyses
Respond to client and prospect inquiries, including requests for data and materials
Coordinate across investment teams to prepare client and prospect materials
Contribute to the development and maintenance of business metrics and reports
