Job Description

Morgan Stanley Investment Management is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to support institutional client relationships and capital raising efforts. The role involves preparing for meetings, engaging with clients, and conducting competitive analysis to enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-2 years of relevant investment management experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
  • Effective organizational skills and follow-through
  • Technical proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Office

Responsibilities

  • Support 2-3 salespeople in the Central and East regions in fostering client relationships and raising capital
  • Partner with salespeople and investment teams to identify prospects and prepare analyses
  • Respond to client and prospect inquiries, including requests for data and materials
  • Coordinate across investment teams to prepare client and prospect materials
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of business metrics and reports
