Job Description

eero is seeking a Senior Software Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional development for next-generation WiFi products. This role involves collaborating with software teams in Taipei and San Francisco, driving projects from design to delivery, and ensuring customer value through innovative features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 6+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
  • 6+ years of technical product management, program management, or engineering experience
  • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • 6+ years of working directly with engineering teams
  • Prior experience working with contract manufacturers and chip vendors

Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to define strategy and requirements
  • Lead cross-functional development on new technology from design through delivery
  • Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control
  • Drive efficient planning, execution, and track program/project status
  • Generate schedules and program/project reports for board audiences
  • Host program/project meetings and track action items for the team
  • Lead team retrospectives to maximize learning and incorporate improvements
