Job Description

The Strategic Workforce Development (SWD) Program Manager at Amazon will create and implement strategies to enhance the workforce for the Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team. This role involves managing programs that improve talent acquisition and development, utilizing data and partnerships to build effective talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing, executing, and managing project plans
  • Influencing key stakeholders throughout the evolution of a project or program
  • Stakeholder management and communication
  • Documenting and communicating results to senior leaders
  • Interpreting data for a non-technical audience
  • Develop strong relationships and have the ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders/partners across diverse roles and levels
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements for execution
