This role involves being a key member of the Texas recruiting team, focusing on attracting top talent to McKinsey & Company. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage candidate relationships, and lead campus recruiting efforts.
Requirements
- University degree required
- 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or technical roles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Proactive problem solver with outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with office leaders to develop and lead recruiting strategies
- Manage end-to-end candidate progression in the recruiting process
- Develop location-specific messaging to attract top talent
- Plan and execute attraction and cultivation events
- Lead the Summer Internship program for the location
- Conduct year-end analysis on recruiting results and develop recommendations
- Manage all aspects of firm recruiting efforts on-campus
