NVIDIA is seeking a motivated engineer with systems software expertise to join the GPU Software team. The role involves designing GPU kernel drivers and embedded software that influence products in both datacenter and gaming markets.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of relevant software development experience
- Proven leadership skills and strong ownership of past projects
- Hands-on technical experience and demonstrated excellence in complex software and hardware designs
- Exceptional C programming and low-level driver experience
- Kernel experience with Linux, Android, Chrome, or Windows systems
- Familiarity with computer system architecture, microprocessor, and microcontroller fundamentals
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and verify features for next generation GPU driver architecture
- Collaborate with hardware engineers and fellow software engineers
- Identify and solve performance bottlenecks in the driver
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with global teams
