As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will manage the technical relationship with major advertising clients and product partners, leading cross-functional teams to leverage emerging technologies. Your role involves overseeing technical execution, developing innovative solutions, and serving as a primary technical point of contact for Health Software partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies (preferred).
- 5 years of experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in operations management (preferred).
- 5 years of experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems/commands (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Help to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
- Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide meaningful feedback to product and engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
- Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer and partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance.
- Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders (as needed).
- Travel to meet with current or new partners to provide face-to-face support and account management, up to 25% as required.
