Apple is seeking a talented Computer Vision Researcher or Engineer specializing in generative models, particularly in 2D and 3D generation. This role involves working with a team to develop advanced machine learning products and solve cutting-edge challenges in computer vision.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Vision or Machine Learning, or M.Sc. in a related field with 4 years of experience
- Experience in developing and training 2D and 3D generative models
- Solid experience in Python programming and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch
- Strong experience in machine learning, preferably in 3D computer vision
- Track record of successfully building and shipping products or open source projects
- Solid foundation in 3D geometry and linear algebra
- Experience in generative ML is a big plus
- Experience in C++ is a plus
- Experience in 3D graphics and rendering is a big plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Inventing and implementing state of the art computer vision and 3D generative models to solve cutting edge problems
- Designing such algorithms to work reliably and efficiently on Apple products
- Collaborating with other teams in software and hardware to ensure the full pipeline runs efficiently and utilizes Apple hardware effectively
- Cooperating with your team members to prepare presentations, papers, and talks to explain your inventions
