Job Description

Apple is looking for a seasoned Engineering Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives focused on device security and collaborate across teams for iOS devices. This senior role requires strategic thinking, program leadership, and deep collaboration across engineering and operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, service delivery, or engineering leadership
  • Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • At least 4+ years driving application development, or platform engineering programs
  • Proven track record of leading multi-team programs in highly available, large-scale distributed systems or cloud environments
  • Proficient with software development processes, D2P, and system integrations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders in cross-functional Apple teams to prioritize investments balancing short-term delivery with long-term application roadmap
  • Engage and partner with cross-functional EPMs to coordinate, align and build or support programs while managing stakeholder engagement
  • Lead cross-functional engineering programs focused on new feature support, business enhancements, and internal platform initiatives

Benefits

  • Employees at Apple are often offered comprehensive benefits that support physical and mental well-being—flexible medical plans, confidential counseling, onsite wellness centers at major campuses, and resources for fitness and daily life. Families typically receive fertility support, paid parental leave with gradual return, caregiving leave, and dependent-care guidance, while financial perks commonly include stock grants (with purchase discounts), 401(k) matching, and income-protection coverage. Employees also see robust time off, Apple University learning and tuition reimbursement, donation matching and paid volunteer hours, and deep product and partner discounts.
