Job Description

This client-facing role focuses on supporting federal defense and security clients, requiring up to 80% travel. You will engage in traditional intelligence operations and engineering work, contributing to performance-improving solutions and collaborating closely with clients to ensure sustainable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Willingness to travel upwards of 70%
  • Outstanding record of academic and/or professional achievement
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Proven record of leadership at work or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Responsibilities

  • Support senior members of the US defense and security community on high priority issues
  • Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations
  • Implement sustainable changes and tailor-made solutions for clients
  • Work on a broad range of topics including strategy, operational performance improvement, and digital issues
  • Collaborate in teams of 3–5 consultants with varying expertise
