This role involves partnering with clients to establish transformation offices and performance infrastructures that facilitate enterprise-wide change. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives while leveraging analytical tools for program management and financial modeling.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field with a strong academic record
- 3+ years of project management or PMO experience managing multiple workstreams
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
- Proven ability to work with and coach diverse teams across the organization
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- Entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Detail-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to sustain performance through complex transformations
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to set up and run best-in-class transformation offices and performance infrastructures
- Translate strategic objectives into executable initiatives, milestones, and metrics
- Leverage analytical tools to support program management, impact capture, and financial modeling
- Track progress, surface risks, maintain momentum, and guide initiatives through to completion
- Coach client teams and build trusted relationships across the organization
- Bring the latest McKinsey tools and technology to challenge ways of working and raise the bar on execution
