EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements focused on finance transformation and operating model design. This role involves collaborating with C-suite stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams to enhance GBS and outsourcing models, driving efficiency and innovation across various sectors.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience
- Approximately 8 years of experience in providing advisory services in the finance function focused on finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory
- Experience in managing large-scale Finance Transformation and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations preferred
- Experience leading teams, managing engagement economics and business development
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver client engagements, interacting at executive levels, as well as sales and practice development activities
- Develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters
- Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects in areas such as GBS Strategy & Operating Model Design
- Shape cross-functional service management frameworks including SLAs/OLAs, performance dashboards, and continuous improvement mechanisms
- Manage day-to-day project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing advisory offerings and reusable transformation assets
- Produce perspectives, whitepapers, and insights on emerging GBS and outsourcing trends
