EY is seeking a Financial Services Consulting Manager for their Insurance Actuarial Advisory Services in Property & Casualty. The role involves delivering actuarial transformation services, managing client engagement teams, and mentoring junior members while leveraging data analytics and pricing expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related majors
- Approximately 6+ years of experience in an actuarial-oriented position
- A minimum of 2 years of project or people management responsibility
- Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society required, Fellowship preferred
- At least 3 years of experience with Excel, SAS, VBA, and/or C++
- Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Experience working in a team environment on project-based work
Responsibilities
- Deliver EY’s actuarial transformation and premium acceleration service offerings
- Develop efficiencies throughout the practice
- Streamline the operational aspects of the group
- Participate on engagement teams focused on reserving, actuarial opinion, and regulatory services
- Engage in predictive modeling and customer analytics
- Contribute to financial forecasting and valuation
- Assist in product development
- Mentor and develop junior team members
