EY is seeking a Senior Manager in their Health consulting practice to work with healthcare clients on performance improvement and provider operations. The role involves managing client engagement teams, delivering professional services, and driving business development activities in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
- Approximately 7 years of healthcare consulting experience in provider operations.
- Prior experience as a senior manager (or above) in a consulting firm.
- Ability to read and interpret hospital financial statements and contract terms.
- Experience with healthcare organization M&A, physician alignment, or financial margin improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
