Goldman Sachs Asset Management is seeking a highly driven individual to join their Private Credit COO team. The role focuses on operational efficiency, managing reporting for senior leadership, and supporting business development initiatives within a dynamic alternative credit investing platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of prior work experience in a relevant field
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Playing a key role in driving global initiatives to streamline currently in-place processes and/or to support business development
- Producing and distributing platform KPIs, internal materials as well as business-critical presentations
- Managing various recurring reporting for senior leadership and internal GS stakeholders
- Maintaining various key procedures, controls and risk assessments
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of data in internal systems leveraged for various leadership reporting
- Recruiting and retaining talent by driving campus / lateral recruiting process and managing resource allocation within business to align with divisional target and business strategy
- Overseeing floor administration, entitlement requests, expense approvals
