Job Description

Netflix is seeking a Program Analyst to enhance their Finance Procurement Operations (FPO) team. The role involves supporting global operations, project management, and driving process improvements within the source-to-pay workflow.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Operational Finance, Finance/Procurement Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Program/Project Management
  • Familiarity with S2P workflows (requisitions, POs, invoices, payments, vendor setup/management) is a plus
  • Analytically minded and comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets, basic BI tools)
  • Structured problem-solver who can bring order to ambiguity
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple workstreams
  • Clear communication skills in writing and verbally
  • Ability to build strong relationships in a cross-matrixed, global environment
  • Experience with tools like Workday Financials, SmartSheets, Tableau, Freshdesk, or AI solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Program Leads and FPO leadership to support programs and strategies that improve global operations
  • Help define success metrics for key programs: baselines, targets, and impact
  • Provide project management support for FPO strategies and programs
  • Manage project plans, timelines, status updates, and escalations/risk
  • Drive follow-through on decisions and action items with stakeholders across time zones
  • Use data and process insight to identify areas of focus
  • Translate operational needs into clear requirements for engineering and product teams
  • Review FPO-driven FinTech projects and perform prioritization and impact analysis
  • Support UAT and rollout for new features or tools
  • Assist in change management: communications, training materials, FAQs, and enablement

Benefits

  • Employees at Netflix are often offered flexible, people-first benefits—unlimited time away, generous parental leave, global family-forming support, mental-health programs (mindfulness, free counseling/coaching), and health coverage tailored by country. Financially, Netflix pays at personal top-of-market and lets employees choose their mix of cash vs. fully-vested 10-year stock options, alongside donation and volunteer matching. Convenience perks can include trust-based travel/expense policies, relocation support, and “Work, Not Drive” rideshare flexibility.
