Requirements
- Master’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Controls, Electronics or Manufacturing Engineer, or related position
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience as a Controls, Electronics or Manufacturing Engineer, or related position
- Experience in Manufacturing Analysis Led Design
- Experience in Manufacturing Prognostics techniques
- Experience with Artificial intelligence technologies
- Experience in Controls System Security
- Experience in Factory Automation and Control Systems
- Experience in Data Mining and data visualization techniques
- Experience in Lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with Sensor Technology and measurement
- Experience in Controls Networking
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing team to identify and implement advanced digital design solutions
- Utilize Manufacturing Analysis Led Design to model and simulate manufacturing processes
- Apply Manufacturing Prognostics techniques for preventive and predictive maintenance
- Integrate digital manufacturing technology for new manufacturing solutions
- Serve as the technical expert for manufacturing digital disciplines
- Develop long-term resolutions to systemic manufacturing problems
- Implement Controls System Security for new equipment or upgrades
- Automate manufacturing processes using Factory Automation techniques
- Utilize Data Mining to extract insights from data
- Manage projects in a cross-functional environment
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to solve complex manufacturing issues
- Select and apply Sensor Technology for quality standards
