Job Description

The Analyst in Controllers, Capital Analysis, Planning, & Reporting at Goldman Sachs is responsible for managing capital calculations, planning, and reporting, focusing on regulatory capital and stress testing. This role collaborates with various teams to ensure the accuracy and governance of capital metrics for internal and external reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support capital analysis, forecasting, and reporting across regulatory and internal capital frameworks
  • Contribute to the firm’s CCAR execution, including capital projections and stress scenario analysis
  • Prepare and review capital-related management reports for senior management and regulators
  • Partner with Risk, Treasury, and other divisions to ensure consistency of capital assumptions
  • Assist in the production and validation of regulatory capital disclosures
  • Perform analytical reviews and variance analysis on capital metrics
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of capital models and processes
  • Participate in regulatory exams, audits, and internal reviews
