Arcadis is seeking Water Resources Engineers to join their team in Syracuse, focusing on sustainable solutions for water issues. Candidates will collaborate with experienced professionals to develop projects, enhance technical skills, and engage with clients.
Requirements
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- EIT Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, design, and support management of water/wastewater treatment and conveyance projects
- Exercise judgment on intricate details of projects and make preliminary selections of engineering alternatives
- Conduct fieldwork including site visits, construction inspections, sample collection, water quality analysis, asset inventory, and monitoring systems setup
- Support professional engineering services during construction
- Coordinate with manufacturer’s representatives and contractors
- Support asset management projects with data analytics, operational and organizational assessments, condition assessments, and performance evaluations
- Prepare reports, presentations, cost estimates, and participate in client meetings
