Job Description

The Ambassador Analyst at Goldman Sachs Wealth Management supports the sales and marketing team by managing prospect data, tracking performance metrics, and enabling data-driven engagement strategies. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance pipeline visibility and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance or Economics preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the marketing, sales and/or financial industry preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with teams and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline tracking and reporting preferred
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet high work quality standards
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to act with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work, multi-task and handle last minute requests

Responsibilities

  • Compile, validate, and analyze prospect data to improve pipeline visibility and targeting strategies
  • Consolidate performance and engagement metrics to support reporting for Workplace Solutions leadership
  • Support the Ambassador team in managing and tracking pipeline activity, including updates, reporting, and follow-ups
  • Monitor and summarize market trends, economic developments, and regulatory updates to support prospect and client conversations
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal partners, responding to time-sensitive data, reporting, and coordination requests
  • Build trusted working relationships with sales, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Identify trends and insights from prospect and engagement data to inform outreach strategies
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting, dashboards, and data processes
