Job Description

RDPI-CX is seeking a Controls Integration Engineer to join their global team, focusing on the development and deployment of advanced fulfillment systems. The role involves integrating mechatronics systems, troubleshooting, and providing training to technicians, while ensuring system performance and safety.

Requirements

  • Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
  • Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
  • Experience with Linux/Unix
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

Responsibilities

  • Write control specification documents for deployment of technology products
  • Integrate control system products and partner with suppliers and customers
  • Commissioning: working with all the stakeholders to optimize the workcell to predefined success criteria
  • PLC troubleshoot and diagnostic
  • Own controls/software commissioning tasks for technology products
  • Design and develop commissioning tools and customer-facing components
  • Lead initiatives to enhance engineering, testing, and operational best practices
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and testing of engineering solutions and components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop control specifications and training materials
  • Lead incident follow-up, root cause analysis, and documentation
  • Engage in industrial engineering design for material handling systems
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety protocols
