Job Description

Goldman Sachs Ayco is seeking an Analyst to support corporate sales efforts by collaborating with Regional Business Developers and internal teams. The role involves conducting research, managing project implementations, and developing marketing materials to enhance client engagement and financial education initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with major coursework in marketing or other business-related discipline
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the marketing, sales and/or financial industry preferred
  • Ability to work with teams and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
  • Experience in Salesforce preferred
  • Project management skills and strong independent decision-making skills
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently meet Goldman Sachs Ayco’s high work quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Regional Business Developers (RBDs) to understand prospect needs and deliver solutions
  • Conduct research weekly to drive regional pipeline of corporate sales leads
  • Respond to and coordinate inquiries from regional advisors related to new employment or board positions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and analyze marketing leads
  • Work with RBDs to develop appropriate materials for meetings
  • Build strong relationships with internal counterparts and attend client/prospect meetings
  • Maintain institutional opportunities for region and assist with documentation and follow-up
  • Assist RBDs in project management efforts for large corporate implementations
  • Update weekly and monthly regional opportunity/activity reports
  • Serve as liaison with TechRisk Department for client information security reviews
  • Facilitate responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) as needed
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop financial education content
