Arcadis is seeking a Water Engineer Intern for Summer 2026 in Dallas, TX. The role involves hands-on experience in water engineering projects, including planning, designing, and managing water/wastewater treatment and conveyance systems, as well as sustainability and resilience projects.
Requirements
- Pursuing a BS in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering, or another closely related academic discipline.
- Prior internship or coursework in water/wastewater, water resources, or related sectors (preferred).
- EIT certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, design, and support management of water/wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
- Conduct site visits, perform sampling, and conduct water quality analyses.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and participate in client meetings.
- Ensure project compliance with Arcadis practices and quality, health and safety standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with team members across the U.S. and internationally.
- Learn and use digital tools to enhance customer experience and project delivery.
