Job Description

Arcadis is seeking an Entry Level Environmental Engineer or Scientist to support environmental compliance programs in Middletown, CT. Requirements

  • B.S. in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related discipline
  • Prior internship experience in the environmental field (preferred)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support environmental compliance policies, programs, procedures, and management systems
  • Conduct various field activities including groundwater, soil, waste, and stormwater or wastewater sampling
  • Perform data analytics and analyze data trends and risks to support client projects
  • Assist with site visits, audits, trainings, report preparation, and meetings
  • Review and evaluate regulatory permits and associated documentation
  • Assist with the development of technical plans
  • Work both independently and with a team to provide solutions to environmental compliance needs
  • Support Arcadis team members in producing high quality work products for clients
