Arcadis is seeking an Entry Level Environmental Engineer or Scientist to support environmental compliance programs in Middletown, CT. Requirements
- B.S. in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related discipline
- Prior internship experience in the environmental field (preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support environmental compliance policies, programs, procedures, and management systems
- Conduct various field activities including groundwater, soil, waste, and stormwater or wastewater sampling
- Perform data analytics and analyze data trends and risks to support client projects
- Assist with site visits, audits, trainings, report preparation, and meetings
- Review and evaluate regulatory permits and associated documentation
- Assist with the development of technical plans
- Work both independently and with a team to provide solutions to environmental compliance needs
- Support Arcadis team members in producing high quality work products for clients
