Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in wastewater treatment and design
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience managing project drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project delivery within the municipal Water/Wastewater market
- Serve as design manager and lead project tasks in planning, design, permitting, and construction
- Prepare detailed engineering calculations and utilize design software to solve complex issues
- Manage condition assessment evaluations for wastewater system assets
- Develop and meet scope, delivery schedules, and project budgets
- Strengthen client relationships through professionalism and technical expertise
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Ensure project compliance with Arcadis practices and quality standards
- Travel up to 20% for project meetings and site visits
