Amazon Leo is seeking an M365 engineer to design, implement, and operate M365 productivity services in a GCC High Environment. The role focuses on maintaining secure collaboration services, troubleshooting issues, and providing engineering support to users in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
- 5+ years of hands-on M365 services configurations and deployment experience
- Experience with building automations using PowerShell
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Productivity application in Leo environments using Infrastructure as Code
- Identify, research, recommend, and implement Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Voice
- Serve as the administrator for M365 services
- Enforce compliance with principals including: least privilege access, password management, Audit logging for all productivity applications
- Drive 3rd party secure collaboration efforts to accelerate Leo goals
- Partner with Amazon security organizations to ensure compliance with existing security policies
- Engage with and influence the key stakeholders and internal teams to ensure compliance, security and operational functional requirements are met or exceeded
- Create and implement automated processes that reduce manual efforts and increase overall efficiency and scalability
- Develop monitoring and reporting on the health, effectiveness and efficiency of productivity services
- Develop and maintain documentation for the Microsoft 365 environment for both engineering audience as well as end users
