Amazon Leo is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for its satellite broadband network infrastructure. The role involves maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring reliable technology systems across various environments, including production and laboratory facilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure support experience
- 3+ years of networking fundamentals
- 3+ years of working with Clients and Servers
- You must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Process tickets via approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to triage and resolve customer issues
- Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and macOS workstations
- Provision, Deploy, and troubleshoot bare-metal Windows and Linux servers
- Configure, Deploy, and Replace network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Participate in hiring, training and development of others
- Provide technical support for Leo Production, lab and launch Infrastructure, components, and associated software
- Provide remote support for Leo employees and infrastructure worldwide
- Perform scheduled maintenance and system upgrades
- Assist with project implementations and technology deployments
- Drive engineering best practices and set standards
- Participate in on-call responsibilities
- Up to 25% Travel Requirements
