Job Description

Amazon is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to build data solutions that support community impact initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze data, create visualizations, and implement scalable data infrastructure to deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
3+ years of developing automated reporting experience
3+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources experience
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights related to Amazon's community impact programs
Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines to collect and process corporate giving-related data across Amazon
Develop and implement data models and warehousing solutions to support reporting needs
Create interactive dashboards and visualization tools using Quicksight to enable data-driven decision making
Automate reporting processes using Python and other scripting languages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions that enhance program effectiveness
Maintain documentation for data processes and technical implementations
