Arcadis is seeking a Senior Water Design Manager with over 10 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. This role involves leading technical execution and managing projects across Texas, while also mentoring junior engineers and building client relationships.
Requirements
- 10 years of pump station design experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study.
- Texas PE License or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of treatment plant and pump station work.
- Serve as the lead designer and/or design manager for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
- Conduct conceptual design, hydraulic analysis, equipment sizing, and develop final design drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with clients, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams throughout all project phases.
- Perform quality assurance and control reviews and manage scoping and budgeting tasks for water infrastructure initiatives.
