Job description
Netflix is seeking a technical expert for their Ads Integration Engineering team, focusing on streamlining integrations with external partners. The role involves managing the integration lifecycle, providing technical support, and ensuring successful product launches while advocating for partner needs.
Requirements
- Deep experience in digital media or ad tech, specifically with data clean rooms, measurement partners, DSPs/SSPs/Creative Ad Servers.
- Implementation knowledge of DCR technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AMC, Ads Data Hub) and privacy-first audience activation strategies.
- Proficiency in Java or Python and advanced SQL knowledge.
- Extensive experience implementing, troubleshooting, and debugging REST APIs.
- Deep understanding of at least one public cloud computing platform.
- Ability to read and debug code for integration-specific changes.
- Hands-on experience providing technical support and system validation.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for support and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of the Netflix Ads Stack to serve as a platform expert.
- Drive the end-to-end integration lifecycle including implementation, configuration, and validation.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and primary technical point of contact for external partners.
- Provide hands-on technical support for integrations and monitor launch stability.
- Act as the internal quarterback for critical incidents (SEV1/SEV2).
- Manage proactive technical communications with all stakeholders.
