Job Description

Join Apple's Engineering Finance team as an experienced finance manager, where you'll oversee financial relationships with key business leaders in the Hardware Technology team. This leadership role involves developing engineering budget plans, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with finance policies while collaborating with senior management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance
  • MBA Degree
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance
  • 2+ years of leadership and people management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other quantitative field
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to thrive in a large and diverse environment
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the Finance Controller for key organizations within Apple’s Hardware Technology team
  • Lead the development of engineering budget plans with the program management team
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the product development cycle
  • Drive post-mortem analysis and communicate learnings for future plans
  • Manage and control finance processes with senior engineering leaders
  • Present ideas, plans, and results to senior Apple management
  • Build trusted internal networks across many functions
