KLA is seeking an intern for the SensArray division to assist in the characterization of next-generation semiconductor products. The role involves data analysis, problem diagnosis, and the creation of training materials, focusing on improving process optimization and yield in semiconductor manufacturing.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's Level Engineering Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering/Science
- Ability to perform complex data analysis using Excel, Matlab, Python, JMP, or other data-analysis tools
- Understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven and a strong team player
- Proficient in English and computer applications for data presentation and analysis
- Ability to multitask in a constantly changing work environment
Responsibilities
- Characterization of next generation state-of-the-art semiconductor products
- Designing test plans, performing data analysis, and publishing results and recommendations
- Understanding in-house SW Data Analysis tool and performing analysis of customer data
- Performing problem diagnosis and resolution for characterization, demos, or field projects
- Making presentations on all aspects of products/results
- Collating training materials and assisting with documentation of different data into standardized format
- Designing a structure/BKM to help ensure simpler data collection and analysis
