Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complicated electronics and electro-optical systems
  • Experience using DVMs, O'scopes, and advanced electronic test equipment
  • Technical military occupational specialties and training may be considered

Responsibilities

  • Update, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair highly complex capital equipment
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with service and maintain operational quality of system equipment
  • Provide assistance to Technical Support Engineers in resolving problems
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration and address customer requirements effectively
