Job Description

As a manager in the Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering team at Apple, you will lead a senior team and drive program management for the SAP S/4Hana transformation journey. The role requires strong leadership, program management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing complex global programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Computer Science & Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience leading senior teams and responsibility for a diverse project/program portfolio.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex transformational corporate programs, budgets, organization change management and executive reporting.
  • Experience with Supply Chain processes, preferably in Quote to Cash, in high-tech/consumer electronics/retail industries.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic programs and executing at tactical project-level activities.
  • Strong experience with stakeholder management, program design/management, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a senior team of individual contributors in the SAP S/4Hana program.
  • Own global program management, including budget and communications.
  • Drive change management and capital planning.
  • Empower the team to manage various facets of program management.
  • Provide leadership updates and manage organizational change.
