Requirements
- Experience in laser photonics, optical engineering, or optical metrology fields
- Proficiency in operating high-fluence/DUV laser systems and inspection/metrology equipment
- Knowledge of Diffractive and Metalens fabrication techniques
- Understanding of coherent wave propagation optics design theory
- Familiarity with photonics components such as laser beam profilers and wavefront sensors
- Demonstrated track record of completing project milestones on time with limited supervision
- Ability to travel both in the US and abroad
Responsibilities
- Operate high-fluence/DUV laser systems and inspection/metrology equipment
- Handle multiple vendor interactions and internal/external design reviews
- Specify, review, and validate optical systems using simulations and measurement tools
- Identify yield excursions through defect and process non-uniformity detection
