The GPU IP Engineering Program Manager will support the Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the GPU IP Engineering team, focusing on the development and execution of GPU IP across various engineering disciplines. This role requires strong technical fluency and the ability to manage complex projects while fostering collaboration across teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 10+ years experience in business experience, preferably in the technology industry.
- Managing an engineering organization.
- Project/program management experience across highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong technical knowledge in technology products and ecosystem.
- Strong business acumen and organizational savvy.
Responsibilities
- Help the GM and staff understand the state of IP development, engineering tradeoffs, dependencies, and execution risks.
- Ensure effective operating rhythms across the broader GPU IP organization.
- Work closely with engineering leaders to align priorities and identify gaps.
- Manage staff operations, staff meetings, and technical reviews.
- Develop clear and accurate technical and organizational collateral for internal and external use.
