Uber is seeking a motivated individual to join their US & Canada Mobility Operations team. The role involves developing strategies to balance the marketplace, improve processes, and enhance the Uber experience for earners and riders using data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, business intelligence, strategy or related experience
- Excel proficiency (modeling, data visualization)
- Working knowledge in applying SQL, Python, R, Stata or similar statistical languages and tools
Responsibilities
- Help develop, lead, and implement strategy to achieve business priorities
- Monitor, understand, and interpret key operational and financial metrics
- Identify the root cause of risks and opportunities, propose multiple solutions
- Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes
- Proactively search for new features or improvements for the marketplace
- Maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional partners
